A Neighbor is a person in the community that uses the extra space in their home or car to store non-perishable products, which they then deliver to their neighbors around them either on foot or by car. This allows people to make money on space in their homes and cars that would have normally gone unused.
All you have to do to begin the process is fill out the Register form on the " Become a Neighbor " page.
